The units are warm enough, fairly quiet with a lovely view. The hotel's location is brilliant and the staff are lovely.

Staff were excellent, room was large and well stocked with balcony which was illustrated. It was in a great location close to public transport & shopping.

The setting is marvellous and lovely, really close to the Australian Open and the city, pubs and restaurants, and open restaurants and stores, really quiet area. Staff is affable and patient and you can park your car onsite.

Incredible central location near shops, restaurants and transport and trams, restaurants, museums. Overall it was well-appointed and nicely furnished with a great view. The staff were extremely helpful at all times.

Loved impressive views.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a PERFECT experience. The staff team was extremely helpful at any time. Central location was a plus. We visited nearby Achelya Turkish and tried their specialities. There was a main bar.

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

The location was awesome: local stores and a grocery store were within walking distance. It was located close to a tram station in Melbourne.

The rooms were decent sized and new-fashioned with easy access to the free tram network close by, an amazing view of the Docklands, modern decor, that's all we needed. The location so close to etihad stadium was great for us.

Greatly enjoyed my very nice stay for holidays. The room was a decent size and stocked with a lovely view, with essentials required. Had a shower, hairdryers, and towels in the bathroom. The hotel had excellent and good location just off Victoria markets, China town and South bank, shopping malls and train station and free tram stations and shops, tram stop, cinema great pizza across the road.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. Its location within the free tram zone was very convenient, as the tram stop was just in front of the hotel. I was able to explore the city and its many attractions easily. The service was also fantastic- the grocery shopping service and tours/ticket assistance made my stay stress-free. Moreover, the room amenities were of high quality, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a terrace. The swimming pool and garden area were also great places to relax in.

I recommend this hotel to family. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the facilities were top-notch.

we booked 1 month in advance and booked a room with a balcony. we were told they were all booked out on arrival. if we were to have known this we would have gone elsewhere.

Reasonably large and stocked rooms with the air-con or the supplied electric heaters, felt like home. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were a plus. The location was marvellous because it was so close to two tram stops.

Marvellous and perfect location, it was close to a tram station. Btw, went to city center, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

The bed in my room was very uncomfortable.

The location was excellent and the staff was friendly during the whole stay!
